Multicom strives to provide emergency service within 24 hours of notification, and we schedule non-emergency service calls at your convenience and preferred port. Certain destinations may require slightly longer lead time due to travel time or restrictions. Multicom also has ongoing relationships with factory trained technicians in many parts of the world. We can be there fast – when you most need us.

Only Multicom offers you this benefit. Any system that we have manufactured or originally installed, we also provide lifetime FREE call-in support for troubleshooting. We find that most electronic problems can be handled easily and quickly by your on board electricians or technicians with just a little help from us.
